The company has confirmed that the upcoming flagship smartphone series will be launched in China on October 21. The upcoming Realme GT 8 Pro will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 mobile processor and it will be the first phone of the company to come after the collaboration with the popular camera manufacturer Ricoh.
This collaboration will be bringing 5 Ricoh GR-inspired color profiles to the upcoming Realme GT 8 Pro such as Positive Film, Negative Film, High Contrast Black & White, Standard, and Black & White.
It will also feature a flat OLED 2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to house a 7,000mAh+ battery with 120W fast charging and wireless charging support. The device is also expected to come with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint scanner, a metal middle frame, dual speakers, and an X-axis linear motor.
The company will be launching with the capability of a swappable camera module, and the vanilla variant of the smartphone series will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It will also feature a 6.6-inch display and a 7,000mAh battery. The device will also come with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor and a metal middle frame.
