Realme will be launching the latest Realme GT 8 and GT 8 Pro flagship phones one October 21 in the markets of China and before that, the specification details of the devices appear online. So let’s get into the article to check out the new piece of information.
According to the reliable tipster Bald Panda, the upcoming Realme GT 8 and GT 8 Pro will be coming with a 6.78-inch flat OLED display along with a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is also reported that the vanilla variant will come with a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope camera.
On the other hand, the upcoming Realme GT 8 Pro is reported to feature a pair of 50-megapixel sensors for the primary and ultra-wide cameras, along with a 200-megapixel periscope camera. Unfortunately, the source did not mention the front facing camera.
It is worth mentioning that Realme has already confirmed that the Realme GT 8 Pro will feature a swappable camera deco. The Realme GT 8 will house a 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired charging. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
The Pro model will come with the same battery along with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. It will also support 50W PPS and 44W UFCS charging protocols. Under the hood, the device will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC.
The devices will be coming with upto 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Both phones are also expected to arrive as the company’s first phones with Realme UI 7-based Android 16 onboard.
