Realme has not launched its GT series in the market of India since 2022 and now we got a new piece of information from the official side and that is pretty interesting as the company is finally bringing back the GT series in the market of India.
The marketing head of the company has officially confirmed that the Realme GT smartphone will be official in the market of India later this year without telling about the name of the device.

We believe that the company could launch the Realme GT 5 Pro smartphone in the market of India very soon. The smartphone was introduced in China last month.

The latest Realme GT 5 Pro smartphone comes with a large heat dissipation unit that has a 12,000mm2 surface area and the back panel of the device comes with a glass panel cover (vegan leather for the orange and white variants). It also features a large circular camera module on the back panel.
The device also features a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO 1.5K OLED display along with a 144Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming. The device also features a 2160Hz touch sampling rate along with DC dimming, 20,000 level dimming, Pro-XDR technology, 1600 nits of global max brightness, and an impressive 4,500 nits of peak brightness. The company also offers the device with a curved display and it features a punch-hole cutout on the top of the screen.
Under the hood, the newly announced Realme GT 5 Pro smartphone comes with the power of the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor along with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The device houses a large 5,400mAh battery along with 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging. The latest Realme GT 5 Pro runs on Android 14 with Realme UI 5.0 and the company has promised to provide three years of major Android OS updates along with four years of security updates.
The device comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner along with the traditional security options. The device also features a VC cooling system, USB 3.2 enabled USB-C port, and an AI super assistant that supports intelligent speech generation and leverages an AI model with 7 billion parameters.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest Realme GT 5 Pro features a 50-megapixel primary camera, which is Sony’s LYT-808 sensor with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) followed by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 periscopic telephoto shooter that offers 3x optical zoom and up to 120x hybrid zoom and the device also features an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 sensor for ultra wide angle images. The device also features a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
