Just a couple of weeks ago, it was revealed that the company will not roll out the Android 12 on its tablet called Realme Pad. But now it is reported that the company has confirmed to roll out the new version of Android operating system on its first-ever tablet.
Dart tablet was announced last year and it is the first and the only tablet of the brand. The device is one of the best budget Android powered tablets in the market and it is coming with the power of the MediaTek processor. The device was introduced with Android 11 out of the box and now it is reported that the company has confirmed that the device will get the taste of Android 12 by the third quarter of this year and the company will also offer 3 years of security updates.
Specifications of Realme Pad
The tablet sports a 10.4-inch WUXGA+ display along with a resolution of 2000 × 1200 pixels, 16.7 million colours, 82.5% screen-to-body ratio, and 360 nits brightness. The device also supports Reading Mode, Dark Mode, Night Mode, and Sunlight Mode.
It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G80 SoC along with up to 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It also enable you to expand the storage via a MicroSD card
Regarding the connectivity, the Realme Pad supports dual-band WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GNSS (GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou), and a USB Type-C port. The device is also coming with LTE variants as well.
Realme Pad runs realme UI for Pad based on Android 11 and the device also supports Google Kids Space. Realme Pad also features Hi-Res Audio-certified quad speakers with support for Dolby Atmos, along with dual microphones. The device also comes with 8MP cameras for front and back.
Speaking about the battery, the Realme Pad is backed by a 7,100mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging and reverse charging.
