Since Realme expanded its business to China, we are hearing about new devices and today at an event in its homeland, the company has launched two devices – Realme X and Realme X Lite. Realme X
The device sports a 6.53-inch full HD+ display with 2340 X 1080 pixels resolution along with 19:5:9 aspect ratio and it offers 91.3 percent screen to body ratio. The device is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 710 processor and paired with 6/8GB of RAM along with Adreno 616 for the graphical task. In terms of storage, the device has 64/128 GB of internal storage.
Moving to the photography department, the Realme X rocks dual camera set up and that’s in the combination of a 48 megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor and 5 megapixel secondary sensor, along with 16 megapixel front camera with Sony IMX471 sensor that will pop-up from top of the display. The device also sports in-display fingerprint scanner for the additional layer of security, it also supports Dolby Atmos to enhance the sound.
Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone supports Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS, and USB Type-C port and ships on 3,765 mAh with VOOC 3.0 fast charging support.
Speaking about pricing and availability, the pricing starts at CNY 1,499 for the 4GB + 64GB storage variant, the 6GB + 64GB will be priced at CNY 1,599, and 8GB + 128GB will have the price tag of CNY 1,799. The smartphone also has a special Onion/Garlic Edition, and that’s priced at CNY 1899. The device will be available in the Chinese market from May 20, and there is no information about the availability of the device and other parts of the world.
Realme X Lite
It’s the same smartphone which was launched in India as Realme 3 Pro. The smartphone sports a 6.3-inch Full HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution, along with a 19:9 aspect ratio, and features the Dewdrop notch which is similar to the waterdrop shaped notch as well as Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor and paired with 4 and 6 GB of RAM. Talking about the storage, the smartphone supports 64 GB of internal storage as well as 128 GB of onboard storage, and the storage can be expandable upto 256 GB via MicroSD card.
Speaking about the camera department, the smartphone rocks dual camera and that’s consisting a 16-megapixel primary camera with f/1.7 aperture (IMX519 sensor), paired with a 5-megapixel secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture (GC5035 sensor).
