After all the leaks, rumours, and teasers, today Realme has officially launched its latest smartphone series called Realme X7 series and the company offers two smartphones – Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro. Both the smartphones are coming with the 5G connectivity and also offers a big battery capacity, the company has launched the smartphones in the market of China and the same is coming with its aggressive pricing strategy. Specifications of Realme X7
The smartphone sports a 6.4-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution along with a punch-hole at the top left corner as well as a 90.8 percent screen to body ratio and the same also comes with a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The smartphone is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset with the Mali-G57 GPU and the same is paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. In terms of storage, the smartphone supports 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage.
Moving to the camera department, the latest Realme X7 rocks a quad rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 64-megapixel primary camera followed by an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle f/2.3 lens, along with a 2-megapixel black and white portrait sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, the smartphone features a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.5 lens.
Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone supports 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, Glonass, and USB Type-C port. The smartphone runs on Android 10 with Realme UI and the same is backed by a 4,300 mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging.
Specifications of Realme X7 Pro
Coming to the Pro variant, the smartphone features a 6.55-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, along with up to 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 91.6 percent screen to body ratio. It has a peak brightness of 1,200 nits and 100 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 wide colour gamut, as well as 103 percent coverage of NTSC colour space. It is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SoC and the 9-core Mali-G77 GPU. The smartphone comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM along with up to 256GB of USF 2.1 storage with Turbo Write technology.
The smartphone comes with a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. The rest of the smartphone remains the same as the vanilla variant.
Pricing and availability
The Realme X7 is priced at CNY 1,799 for the 6GB + 128GB variant and the 8GB variant costs CNY 2,399. On the other hand, the Pro variant is priced at CNY 2,199 for the 6GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 128GB variant costs CNY 2,499, and CNY 3,199 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The smartphones will available in the market of China from September 11 and there is no information about the availability of the same in other parts of the world.
