Redmi has finally announced the Redmi 12C smartphone globally and the device is launched the smartphone in the market of Indonesia. It is worth mentioning that the device was originally announced in China in the late days of December last year.
Pricing and availability
The Redmi 12C with 3GB + 32GB is having a price tag of Rp 1,399,000 while the 4GB + 64GB is priced at Rp 1,599,000 and 4GB + 128GB is having a price tag of Rp 1,799,000. The device will be available in the market of Indonesia from tomorrow which means March 10.
Specs of Redmi 12C
The Redmi 12C features a 6.71-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1650 x 720 pixels and a dewdrop notch. The device is having a 20.6:9 aspect ratio along with a 1500:1 contrast ratio and 500 nits peak brightness level.
The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 mobile processor along with LPDDR4x RAM and eMMC 5.1 storage. The device is running on Android 12 with MIUI 13 out of the box. It is also promised to get two Android updates and three years of security updates.
The Redmi 12C features a 50MP primary sensor on the back panel along with a 5MP front-facing camera. The device is also having a fingerprint scanner on the back panel. The device supports dual SIM, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, GNSS, and a MicroUSB port. It is housing a 5,000mAh battery.
