According to Mukul Sharma, the upcoming Redmi 13C 5G will feature a 6.74-inch 90Hz IPS panel with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is already confirmed that the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ mobile processor. The device will available with 4GB RAM with 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB UFS2.2 internal storage that can be expandable using a Micro SD card and the device also features up to 8GB virtual RAM support.

It will be housing a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. The device will also support a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
