The new Redmi 17 5G smartphone is confirmed to be launched in India on September 3rd, 2026 and the device will be available through Amazon as the shopping website has created a dedicated page for the device.
It reveals that the device will come with a large 7,900mAh battery along with 45W fast charging and the charger will also be included in the box. The device is also confirmed to feature 22.5W reverse wired charging.
The Redmi 17 5G will come with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 processor along with a 50MP AI rear camera housed within the brand’s all-new Astral Camera Deco. The device is also revealed to come with a flat-frame design and it will feature a punch-hole cut out on the top of the display.
It will be available in Eternal Orange, Absolute Black, and Endless Blue colour options. Among these, the Eternal Orange colour variant will feature a textured, leather-like finish on the rear panel.
