Redmi 7A Unveiled With 4,000 mAh Battery And More

The Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi has unveiled its most affordable smartphone called Redmi 7A, the device is the successor of last year’s Redmi 6A. The latest smartphone coming with a notch-less display along with the bigger battery. Specifications of Redmi 7A

The smartphone sports 5.45-inch HD+ display with 1440 X 720 pixels resolution along with an 18:9 aspect ratio, the screen of the device is also slightly curved to the sides which will give a compact feeling. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor and paired with 2GB and 3GB of RAM, along with Adreno 505 GPU. In terms of storage, the device comes with 16GB and 32GB of internal storage and that can be expandable up to 256 GB via MicroSD card.

Moving to the photography department, the Redmi 7A rocks a 13MP primary sensor with PDAF and LED flash along with a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The smartphone comes with P2i nano-coating, which means you can take the device in the rainy season, and the device supports face unlock.

Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone supports Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and micro USB. The smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10, and it is backed on 4,000 mAh battery with the standard 10W.

The company hasn’t revealed both the pricing and availability details of the device, but we expect that the company will announce the same at the launching event of its first flagship device i.e. Redmi K20.
