Redmi recently introduced a new budget smartphone in the market of India dubbed Redmi A1 and soon after that, we came across a report which suggested that the successor of the device called the Redmi A1+ is on its way and now the images and the specification details of the device surfaced online. Going through the newly surfaced renders of the upcoming Redmi A1+, we can see that the device is featuring a waterdrop notch on the top of the screen and the device is also having a fingerprint sensor on the back.
We can also see that the device is featuring a dual rear camera setup in a squircle camera module. It is also suggested that the device will be available in three colour options such as black, light blue, and light green.
Now let’s talk about the specification details, it is reported that the upcoming Redmi A1+ smartphone will feature a 6.52-inch HD+ display along with 1600 x 720 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, a 120Hz touch sampling rate, and a peak brightness of up to 400 nits.
The source also says that the device will be powered by a MediaTek Helio A22 mobile processor along with 2GB LPDDR4X RAM and 32GB of internal storage. We can also expect that the device will enable users to expand the storage using a Micro SD card. The device will also run on a clean Android 12 out of the box.
Speaking about the camera department, the upcoming smartphone will feature an 8MP main sensor on the back while the device will feature a 5-megapixel front facing camera. The upcoming device will house a 5000mAh battery with a 10W charger.
It will also feature a single speaker along with USB port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Dual Nano SIM, dedicated microSD card, VoWiFi, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.0.
