Just a couple of hours ago, we updated that there is an image appeared on the Chinese microblogging site and that claimed the upcoming Redmi flagship smartphone will have a pop-up selfie camera. Well, now the official of the company has confirmed that there will be no such kind of mechanism.
Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing has confirmed on Weibo that the upcoming flagship smartphone will not have a pop-up camera setup. If rumours are any indication, the Snapdragon 855-powered Redmi flagship could emerge as the Redmi Pro 2.
Weibing while responding to a user on Weibo refuted the rumours and this suggests a pop-up selfie camera on the upcoming Redmi flagship.
