Redmi has launched the new member of its K30 series and the new device is dubbed as Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition which is coming with the next-generation telecommunication chipset 5G along with the brand new Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G chipset, making it the first device to come with the new chipset.
Specifications of Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition
The smartphone features a 6.67 into full HD+ display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution and the same also sports a 120Hz refresh rate along with a 20:9 aspect ratio. It also features a dual punch-hole design at the right side of the screen and supports HDR10 which will provide a high definition content from the popular online streaming platforms. The panel is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 and it also offers 84.8% screen to body ratio.
Under the hood, it is powered by the brand new Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G processor which is actually the successor of the Snapdragon 765G processor, and the latest chip is based on the 7nm process. The device is paired with 6GB of RAM along with the Adreno 620 GPU for the graphical task. In terms of storage, the device comes with 128 GB of UFS 2.1 of internal storage.
Moving to the photography department, the newly unveiled Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition rocks quad rear camera setup and that consists a 64 megapixel Sony IMX686 primary sensor, followed by an 8 megapixel super Wide Angle lens, 5 megapixel macro lens and 2 megapixel depth sensor. On the front, it features a dual front facing camera and that is in the combination of a 20 megapixel and 2 megapixel camera sensors. It is priced at CNY 1,999 and the smartphone will go on flash sale on May 14 in the market of China and currently it is available for reservation.
