Redmi K30 series is in the talks from few weeks now and the most interesting thing we know about this is the support of 5G network. Both Redmi K30 and K30 Pro will have 5G connectivity at least in China, but it is supposed to be one of the first 5G smartphones in non-5G markets like India. Coming back to the smartphone, recently we got a leaked live image of regular Redmi K30 which suggested the dual punch hole cameras. But that image was unclear so there was a doubt that maybe it’s a full screen display.

Now today we got another set of Redmi K30 live image, which got leaked online. This one is also fitted in the pre-production case so no chance to see the back side. Speaking about the display can clearly see the dual punch hole camera, which confirms the doubt on previous leak. Speaking about the specs, this Redmi K30 will feature 6.66 inch display with Full HD+ (2400×1080) resolution and 395 pixel density (ppi). This display has option for 120hz refresh rate, which is double than the predecessor and even more than some competitors like OnePlus and Realme.
The Redmi K30 has Adreno 618 GPU, which suggests either Snapdragon 730 or 730G processor. Sadly there’s still a base variant of 64GB, which was a bit disappointment even with Redmi K20. But seems like Xiaomi is in no mood to bump up the base storage for the successor. On the software side it has MIUI 11 installed in it, so it will mostly come with the same out of the box. But this don’t mention whether the Android version is Pie or latest 10.
Another spotting suggests that the Redmi K30 has a model number of M2001G7E is certified by CCC in China with 30W charger in the box. The device is mentioned as ‘5G Digital Mobile Phone’, which once again confirms the latest connectivity.
