Redmi will be launching its latest Redmi Note 12 series in the market of China tomorrow which means October 27 and hours before the launching of the smartphone series, the complete specifications of the devices surfaced online. The upcoming smartphone series will include Redmi Note 12 Pro, Note 12 Pro+, and Note 12 Explorer. The devices will be featuring a 6.67-inch flat AMOLED display along with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also reported that the devices will feature a peak brightness of 900 nits along with 10-bit colours, Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HDR10+ formats.
It is also said that the upcoming Redmi Note 12 series will be powered by the Dimensity 1080 chipset and the same will run MIUI 13 based on the Android 12 out of the box.
The upcoming Pro and Pro+ models will house a massive 5,000mAh battery with 67W and 120W charging respectively. Having said that, the Explorer Edition will be housing a 4,300mAh battery with 210W charging technology.
It is also reported that the Pro model will be official with 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB RAM and storage options while the Pro+ and Explorer Edition will be unveiled in 8GB + 256GB options.
The upcoming Redmi Note 12 Pro is reported to feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main camera with OIS support, while the Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Explorer devices will be available with an OIS-enabled 200-megapixel Samsung HPX primary sensor.

It is also said that all the models of the upcoming smartphone series will be featuring an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The upcoming Redmi Note 12 series will be supporting dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, a USB-C port, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack for the connectivity purpose. The devices will be featuring a linear motor and dual stereo speakers.
