Redmi has officially introduced its new budget smartphone in the markets of India and the new smartphone is dubbed the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G. The device features a 120Hz refresh rate along with the power of the Dimensity 7025 mobile processor and the device will be running on the Android 15 operating system out of the box. The device comes with a 6.67-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate along with a 2160Hz instant touch sampling rate, up to 2100 nits peak brightness, and 10-bit color depth. The display of the device is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Redmi has introduced the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G with the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra mobile processor along with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage, expandable with a microSD card. The smartphone runs Android 15 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS.
The phone also comes with a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.95″ Sony LYT-600 sensor and f/1.5 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. The device also comes with a 20MP camera on the front.
It supports 5G SA/NSA (bands n1/n3/n5/n8/n28/n40/n78), dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, and USB Type-C for connectivity. The device houses a large 5110mAh battery with a 45W fast charging solution.
The device also supports an in-display fingerprint sensor, infrared sensor, 3.5mm audio jack, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio certification, and IP64 dust and splash resistance.
Regarding the pricing at availability, the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G is priced at ₹14,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model and the device will be available from August 7 on Flipkart, mi.com, and in retail stores.
