The upcoming Redmi Pad 2 was hitting on the pages of the internet for the last few months and we already came across multiple reports and certification listings of the device. But today we got a new piece of information which is suggesting that this particular device will be announced in the market as Redmi Pad SE.
It is also reported that the specifications which were heavily leaked for the Redmi Pad 2 tablet are matching with the upcoming device and the source has also spotted the MIUI builds of the Redmi Pad SE.
The MIUI codebase is revealing that the upcoming tablet is codenamed ‘Xun’ and it is also suggesting that the device will be announced in Europe and select international markets.
It is expected that the upcoming Redmi Pad SE will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor along with LPDDR4x RAM. The device is also expected to feature a 2K resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.
The upcoming device is also expected to feature Dolby Atmos-supported quad speakers. It will be coming with an 8MP camera on the back panel and an 8MP sensor on the front. It will be running on Android 13 with MIUI 14 out of the box. The tablet is also expected to house a massive 8,000mAh battery with support for 22.5W charging.
