Along with the Redmi 8A Dual smartphone, the Chinese company has launched its new power banks in the market of India and the device is dubbed as Redmi Power Bank and the company launches two variants of the same and that will be available in 10,000-mAh 20,000 mAh battery.
Talking about the design, the device has a blocky build along with a better grip and it comes with Dual USB Type-A input along with a micro USB output port, and the USB Type-C port. The Redmi Power Bank with 10,000 mAh variant will offer 10W fast charging support, on the other hand, the 20,000 mAh will offer 18W fast charging support.
The company claims to have 12 layers of circuit protection hardware and the device is coming with Lithium polymer battery which is believed to be safer and more efficient. Moreover, the device also supports two-way charging support and that means users can able to charge the power bank along with charging another device.
It is worth to mention, the power bank has a low power mode which can be enabled by double tapping the power button and that will allow users to charge devices like a Bluetooth headset or a wearable, which means with this Power Bank, you can able to charge your smartphone along with other accessories.
Speaking about the pricing and availability, the 10,000 mAh battery variant of the power bank has the price tag of ₹799 and the 20,000 mAh battery variant will available for ₹1,499. The device will available from February 18 at 12:00 p.m. via the official website of the company along with the Mi stores across the country. Moreover, the company has also confirmed that the power bank will also available through Amazon India very soon.
