Redmi Smart Fire TV features a 32-inch LED-backlit LCD display along with 1366 x 768 pixels resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. It also features up to 6.5ms response time and a 178° viewing angle. The device is also coming with an in-house picture profile called ‘Vivid Picture Engine’.
It is also coming with 20W (2 x 10W) speakers and the device supports Dolby Audio, DTS-HD, and DTS Virtual: X. The Redmi Smart Fire TV is powered by an unnamed chipset along with an ARM Mali G31 MP2 GPU and the device is coming with 1GB RAM as well as 8GB storage.
It is running on Amazon Fire OS 7 with support for all the leading streaming platforms, free live TV channels, Alexa, Miracast, and Apple AirPlay. The Redmi Smart Fire TV is also having a new voice-enabled remote control and the remote is also having dedicated buttons playback controls, mute, guide, apps, and Alexa.
Redmi Smart Fire TV also features dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, and Ethernet. It comes with 1 x AV, 2 x HDMI (one of them is ARC compatible), a 3.5mm headphone jack, an antenna, and 2 x USB.
The Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 is priced at ₹13,999 but it is having an introduction price tag of ₹12,999. The company is also offering bank discount/coupon and that will bring the price to ₹11,999. It will be available from March 21 in the country through the official website of the brand and Amazon.
