This theme is reflected not only in the packaging but also in the design and custom sound effects. The gadget and retail box take on a deep red hue. Among the accessories, there is a collection of doodle stories and a small backpack in the same style as Klee.
The Redmi Router AX5400 is a repeat version of the Redmi AX6. The look remains the same, but this version comes with an updated speed. The router features support for 4 × 4 160MHz ultraviolet band, 4K QAM high speed transfers and Wi-Fi 6.
It is powered by a dual core CPU with a dedicated NPU processor. NPU core packet forwarding is said to improve efficiency by up to 80% and reduce CPU usage. It has the highest wireless speed of 5378Mbps, which is lower than the AX6000.
The antenna design includes six high-performance antennas, as well as 512MB of storage. The router can connect up to 248 devices simultaneously. Redmi Router AX5400 is already on pre-sale. It will go on sale for the first time on March 22 at 10:00 am. It costs 399 yuan ($ 62).
