The new Redmi Watch 5 features a 2.07-inch AMOLED curved display with 432×514 pixels resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The device also comes with 1500 nits of brightness along with an 82% screen-to-body ratio and ultra-slim 2mm bezels.
It also comes with aluminum alloy frame with a stainless steel rotating crown. The device also features seven quick-release strap options, including the new Kona Leather Magnetic Strap. It comes with the power of the latest HyperOS 2 and it enables features including smart home control, focus notifications, and smart vehicle management. It features NFC for payments, smart car key functionality, and multi-device connectivity.
The Redmi Watch 5 also comes with popular health related features including 24-hour heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, stress management, and sleep analysis, powered by self-developed algorithms. The device also features more than 150 sports modes, including outdoor activities, with independent GNSS positioning for precise tracking. The device also comes with a new AFE chip along with 5ATM water-resistant. The device offers up to 24 hours of battery life and it also comes with the eSIM version which offers 12 days of battery life.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the Redmi Watch 5 starts at 599 yuan for the Bluetooth version while the eSIM model is priced at 799 yuan.
