The Redmi Y3 is the headlines from the past couple of weeks and we already know that the device will come with a 32-megapixel front facing camera along with textured back panel and the company has teased the device sometime now. The device will official very soon and today the device visits the popular benchmarking website Geekbench and reveal the key specification details and suggest that the company has used the old processor as the heart of the device.
The Geekbench listing of the Redmi Y3 reveals that it will be powered by Xiaomi’s favourite Snapdragon 625 processor which is very old as it came out back in 2016, and the device will be paired by 3 GB of RAM. Well, we would say that the company has chosen the wrong decision to use the Snapdragon 625 because they can able to use the newer Snapdragon 632 instead of this old one.
Furthermore, the listing also reveals the device will run MIUI 10 on top of Android Pie. And the device has scored 1236 points and 4213 points in single-core and multi-core tests respectively.
There is no other information available at this moment but we don’t have too much because the company will launch the device in just two days of time. We recommend you to stay tuned with us for the latest updates.
