After making awesome entry into the telecom sector the new born of Reliance Industries, Jio is all set to make its way to enter into the app based taxi service.
According to Source, Reliance Jio is planning to launch app based taxi service which is called Jio cabs, the company is reportedly placed an order with Mahendra and Hyundai for 600 vehicles. The company is expected to use aggressive pricing to complete in the taxi service domain.
Right now there is no official word from Reliance Jio about the new Jio cabs service, the source also says that the service could be launched in the second half of this year. And the service is expected to start from Bangalore and Chennai in the initial stage and then it would be when eventually roll out to other parts of the country.
