Last year we came across a report from the popular leakster Evan Blass, revealed the upcoming Moto devices. Well, now we have surfaced renders and specification details of upcoming Moto devices. Before we get into the article, let me remind you that just yesterday we got the press renders of Moto E5. Now in the latest list of devices, we have got six Motorola Smartphones and there is also a Moto Mod. So, without wasting a single second, let’s dive into the article to know what does Lenovo own Motorola stored for us in this year.
Moto G6 and Moto G6 Plus
Let’s start with the G series of Motorola, in this year also the Motorola bringing the G series which made the company back into the smartphone industry. This year the company is coming with Moto G6 and Moto G6 Plus. According to the leaked images, the new G6 and G6 Plus will have the trendy 18:9 aspect ratio display.
Speaking about the Moto G6, it will come with 5.7 inch FullHD+ display and have 2160 X 1080 pixel resolution. It will be powered by Snapdragon 450 processor and the device will be paired with 3/4 GB RAM, the 3 GB RAM variant will come with 32 GB internal storage and the 4 GB variant will come with 64 GB of internal storage.
Moving to the camera department, the device will have dual camera setup the back with the combination of 12 megapixel + 5 megapixel cameras. And for the selfie lovers, the device will sport a 16 megapixel camera.
Moving to the Moto G6 Plus, as the name suggests it is the large variant of the G series of the Year. It has 5.93 inch FullHD+ display, and it is to be powered by a Snapdragon 630 processor. This device will have 3 RAM variants and those are 3, 4, and 6, and comes with 64 GB of internal storage and the device will also have the same camera combination of G6.
In terms of power, the Moto G6 will have 3,000 mAh battery and the G6 Plus will have 3,200 mAh battery to keep the lights on. Speaking about the pricing of both the device, the G6 is said to be priced around $240 (approx. ₹15,350). On the other hand, the G6 Plus is said to be priced $330 (approx. ₹21,000).
Moto G6 Play
The device sports 5.7 inch display along with 1280 X 720 pixel resolution, and fingerprint scanner of the device has moved to the back side of the device. The device comes with a single camera setup at the rear side as well as front, the highlighting point of the device is its battery, it has 4,000 mAh battery.
Moto X5
The Moto X5 comes with bezel-less design and it sports 5.9 inch FullHD+ display along with 18:9 aspect ratio and rounded corners, and have 2160 X 1080 pixel resolution. In this device also the company placed fingerprint scanner at the back side of the device, and the image also reveals a software button at the bottom which would probably allow users to perform different navigation functions like back, home and recent. The device will have dual camera setup on both the sides, and it is also to be said that moto XP which would be Motorola AI-Assistant will be on this device.
Moto Z3 and Moto Z3 Play
Both the Moto Z3 and Z3 Play to come with 6 inch FullHD+ display along with 18:9 aspect ratio, and it also says that the device to have dual camera setup at the rear side and the device also support Moto Mod. Moreover, there is no word about fingerprint scanner it may feature face recognition or on in-display fingerprint scanners.
5G Moto Mod
It may add 5G ability to a smartphone, but it’s not clear whether this is an actual Mod or just a render for the company’s partners. Motorola is also expected to launch a Moto Z3 which may be powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC with higher resolution display.
There is no official word about all the above-mentioned products, but we hope that this comes true. The G-series smartphones of this year, are expected to launch at the MWC event, which is scheduled for next month.
