The report has also said that the upcoming MacBook Ultra with OLED touchscreen, expected to be introduced with 14″ and 16″ sizes, and their the same will be introduced between the end of this year and early next year”. This will be powered by the M5 Pro and M5 Max chips. The Ultra is reportedly being tested with macOS 27.1, and the device is expected to be announced by the end of October.
Apple is also reported to launch the new MacBook Air in early 2027. Then, later next year, the company will be introducing a redesigned entry-level MacBook Pro with the M7 chip, and a new MacBook Neo with the A19 Pro chip. The upcoming MacBook Neo is reported to be introduced “periodically” refreshed with new colors too.
The company is also planning to launch a new Mac mini with the M5 Pro and base M6 chips is in testing too, and the there will be the new Mac Studio models with the M5 Max and M5 Ultra. Apple is also reported to launch a new MacBook Air with an OLED screen could arrive as early as 2028, and after that, there will also be an OLED iMac.
