Samsung is all set to experiment with something new on its flagship smartphone, as the company successful got green signal for a patent which was filed last year, the new patent shows that the company will implement waterfall display on its upcoming device.
Everything about the new Samsung patent
The South Korean electronics giant has filed a patent at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the same reveals the schematics of a phone that features a waterfall display, but it is different than what we have seen on the Vivo Nex 3 and the Huawei Mate 30 Pro.
Having said that, the devices of Vivo and Huawei came without the physical buttons and the same relies on the capacitive controls. However, Samsung patent has physical buttons and that is out from the glass, the same also shows that there is a curved display with holes drilled on the sides. That means it will come with physical buttons and that is for volume rockers and power button.
The patent does not reveal the information about which smartphone will feature the innovative setup but there are multiple reports suggests that Samsung will implement the same on the upcoming Galaxy Note 20.
As of now, we don’t have any other information on the same. But we are super excited to know more about the same and we believe to get more details about the same in the coming days, we recommend you to stay tuned with us for more information at your fingertips.
