After all the leaks, the South Korean electronics giant Samsung unveiled its latest Galaxy A series devices and its dubbed as Samsung Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71. Both the smartphones are the successor of the Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A70, and the new smartphones features nice display as well as quad cameras. So, let’s check out the complete details of both the latest Samsung smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy A51
Let’s start with the Galaxy A51, the smartphone features a 6.5 inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by octa-core processor and matted with 4/6/8GB RAM. In terms of storage, the smartphone supports 64/128 GB of internal storage and that can be expandable upto 512 GB via microSD card.
Speaking about the camera, the Galaxy A51 rocks L-shaped camera module and that has quad cameras at back – 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, followed by a 12-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.0 ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 macro lens and a 5-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.2 lens. For selfies, the Galaxy A51 features a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 lens. The smartphone also supports an in-display fingerprint scanner for the additional layer of security.
Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and USB Type-C port. The Galaxy A51 runs on Android 10 out-of-the-box with One UI 2.0, and the smartphone ships on a 4,000 mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging.
Talking about the pricing and availability, the company has launched the smartphone in Vietnam with the price tag of VND 7,990,000. It will be available from December 27 in Vietnam, there is no information about the availability of the device in global market. Having said that, only 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant will available in Vietnam, but the company will make available the 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM options along with 64GB and 128GB storage in global market.
Samsung Galaxy A71
It sports a 6.7 inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by octa-core processor and matted with 6/8GB RAM. In terms of storage, the smartphone supports 128 GB of internal storage and that can be expandable upto 512 GB via microSD card.
Moving to the photography department, the smartphone features quad cameras at back – 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, followed by a 12-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.0 ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 macro lens and a 5-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.2 lens. For selfies, the Galaxy A51 features a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 lens. The smartphone also supports an in-display fingerprint scanner for the additional layer of security.
