Samsung Galaxy S20 5G is the smartphone which is listed on the benchmarking website and the listing reveals that the device will sport SM-G981U model number. It also says that the smartphone will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor along with 12GB RAM. Having said that, 12GB RAM is expected to pack on all the variants of the Samsung Galaxy S20 series.
The S20 variant is also expected to rock triple camera setup and that’s in the combination of a 12MP primary camera along with a 64MP telephoto lens and a 12 ultrawide sensor. The smartphone is also expected to ship in at 4,000 mAh battery.
