The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 and the Plus models are expected to be available in 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to include a 1TB storage variant with 12GB of RAM along with 8GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB storage options as well.
