Samsung has a tradition to introduce new generation Gorilla Glass protection in its latest flagship smartphone series and we witnessed the arrival of the Galaxy S22 series with Victus+ the fastest smartphone series to feature the same and now the tradition continuous as the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 series is confirmed to feature the first to feature the new Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
The new protection is capable to survive drops, including falls on very rough surfaces like concrete from up to 1m (hip height) or up to 2m.
So it is coming with improved protection and the company will be launching the flagship smartphone series on February 1 in San Francisco. The devices will be power by the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile processor along with Android 13 operating system.
The Ultra variant will be featuring a new 200 megapixel primary sensor on the back panel and the smartphone series is said to offer a better night photography experience.
