The device is coming with a new 200-megapixel primary sensor on the back panel and it is running on Android 13 out of the box. The smartphone is powered by the new enhanced Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy mobile processor and the same support wireless charging as well. The latest and greatest Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution and a dynamic refresh rate and the same is capable to go up to 120Hz to as low as 1Hz. It is also featuring LTPO technology and the same is capable to offer a peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits. Which is really impressive. The display is protected by the Gorilla Glass Victus 2. It is also offering a punch hole set up at the centre position of the screen and supports always-on display.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy mobile processor along with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is housing a massive 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired and 10W wireless charging as well as reverse charging as well. Software wise, the device is running on Android 13 with One UI 5 out of the box.
Speaking about the camera department, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features a quad-camera setup on the back panel which includes a 200MP ISOCELL HP2 sensor that is capable to record up to 8K resolutions at 30fps and it is also having optical image stabilization (OIS).
