Samsung had a tradition of launching its flagship smartphone series dubbed the Samsung Galaxy S series with its in-house Exynos chipsets in selected markets but the same faced criticism over the performance problems. The company introduced its devices with Snapdragon processor only across the world. Today we got a new piece of information which is suggesting that the company will bring back its previous strategy and the next generation flagship smartphone of the company will be announced with the next-gen Exynos 2400 SoC.
According to the latest information, the South Korean electronics giant Samsung is still looking to finalize the configuration and packaging information regarding the processor. It is said that the devices will be coming with the updated performance over the predecessor. The improvements will have it compete with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 series.
It is also said that the Exynos 2400 will feature a 10-core CPU configuration or a Deca core processor and it is also reported that not all ten cores will be running simultaneously and the number of cores that are used will be optimized for different tasks.
