Samsung is currently working on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 series and the company is expected to launch four models in the smartphone series. The vanilla variant along with the Plus and Ultra models will be official in January next year while the Slim variant of the smartphone series is expected to be announced later next year.

It is revealed the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature a 12.5MP camera and the same will have an equivalent focal length of 23.2mm, an actual focal length of 6.3mm, and aperture of f/1.7, and the same will be offering excellent light capture capabilities.
We can also expect that the main camera will feature both Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) and OIS for stable video recording and motion blur-less images. The listing also reveals that the primary camera will support a wide ISO range of 12-3200 along with a manual exposure range of 1/11,977 to 1/6. It is also confirmed that the device will support both JPEG and DNG picture formats, with auto and manual focusing options as well.
It was recently reported that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 will be available in 128 GB and 256 GB storage options while the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus variant will be official in 256 GB and 512 GB variants and the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is tipped to come in three storage choices including 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB storage options. Unfortunately, the newly leaked information does not specify the RAM details. However, we believe that the company will be launching the devices with at least 12 GB of RAM.
Another source has claimed that the 256 GB variant of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will come with 12 GB of RAM while the 512 GB and 1 TB variants of the device will feature 16 GB of RAM.
The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 series is expected to come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset but there’s a possibility that the vanilla variant and the Plus variant might come with the Exynos 2500 chip in some markets or all regions. The devices will also come with multiple AI features and it will be running on the latest Android 15 operating system out of the box.
