The South Korean electronics giant Samsung is gearing up to introduce the new Samsung Galaxy S26 series including the Samsung Galaxy S26 along with the Plus and the Ultra models. The company is expected to introduce the devices either in February or in the early days of March this year. According to the latest information from the reliable tipster Gadgetsdata, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 will come with a 6.3-inch M14 AMOLED display with LTPO technology, adaptive 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, and HDR10+ support.
While the Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus is reported to come with a 6.7-inch M14 AMOLED display along with the adaptive 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The device will also feature a higher 2K resolution along with the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The device will also come with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
It is expected that the devices will be coming with the power of either the Exynos 2600 or the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. It is the strategy of the company as the company introduces the Snapdragon variant in selected markets only.
The source has also reported that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Plus may feature a triple camera setup with a 50MP (main) + 12MP (ultra wide) + 50MP (telephoto). The vanilla variant is reported to come with a 4,300mAh battery with 25W wired fast charging, while the big brother will house a 4,900mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging. Samsung will be offering the devices with Qi2 wireless charging support and USB 3.2.
