Samsung has already confirmed about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 and the company is expected to launch the smartphone series in March 2026, based on a new report. Usually, the company brings its flagship smartphone series in the early days of every year but this time the company is facing production problems thats why the launch is delayed. According to the latest information, the company will be launching the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 series with a much larger 12MP 1/2.55-inch sensor for the 3x telephoto, and this will be improving light capture and overall zoom clarity. The Ultra variant may even step up to a 50MP 3x sensor and the same will be coming with a larger 5,400mAh battery.
Samsung will be launching the devices with Samsung’s newer M14 OLED panels with QHD resolution. The vanilla variant will feature a 6.3 inch display while the Plus variant will come with a 6.7 inch and the Ultra variant will feature a 6.9 inch display.
The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 and S26 Plus may finally receive a 50MP ultrawide (up from 12MP), and the 50MP main camera could use a larger 1/1.3-inch sensor.
Samsung will be introducing the devices with the Exynos 2600 or Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 depending on the regions. The company is also expected to introduce the slim device dubbed the Samsung Galaxy S26 Edge and it could feature a 6.6-inch QHD display along with dual 50MP cameras, paired with an unspecified telephoto, and a 4,300mAh battery.
