The South Korean electronics giant Samsung is currently working on the next generation Samsung Galaxy S27 series and the company is expected to launch the devices in the early days of 2027. It is reported that Samsung will be keeping 12GB RAM as the standard option for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 series. The Source says that the company will be offering 256GB and 512GB storage options for the Samsung Galaxy S27 and Galaxy S27 Plus.
The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra is reported to come with 12GB RAM along with 256GB or 512GB. While the 1TB storage option may get 16GB RAM. It is also reported that the Samsung Galaxy S27 Pro could offer 12GB RAM with all three storage options, including 1TB.
It is also reported that the company will offer LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 5.1 storage for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra models. Having said that, nothing is finalized and it could be changed as well.
Based on the previous reports, the company could use the Exynos 2700 in some markets while the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 could be used in the markets of the United States. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 Pro and S27 Ultra have also been reported to come with Samsung’s in-house M16 OLED panel.
