Seems like for some time we will get an handful leaks of Samsung smartphones. As of now we are getting leaks of Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy Note 7R or Note FE, and Galaxy S8 Active. While the Galaxy Note 8 will take time for the launch and Galaxy Note FE is going to launch very soon, only Galaxy S8 Active is left with no specific or even estimated launch date. Today we have something in regards to Galaxy S8 Active itself.
The Galaxy S8 Active has passed through FCC (Federal Communication Commission) certification, which indicates that launch of the device in USA is near. The phone popped up with model no. SM-G892A, same was found when the phone was spotted on GFXBench last week. As you can see from the image below, the Galaxy S8 Active looks little different from back, that’s because it has additional protection from various aspects like water, dust, and thermal heat. Well that’s the beauty of Galaxy S Active series. Also this phone will be available in USA only. And it will be a carrier specific model, mostly AT&T and Verizon.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. Those who are living in USA & buy smartphones on contract basis can wait approximately a month for this beast. Stay tuned with us for more information.
