The South Korean electronics giant Samsung has officially announced the new Samsung Galaxy SmartTag 2 and the same will be available from October 10. It comes with improved Compass View functionality and the same will offer you with directional arrows showing the location and distance of the SmartTag 2. The device will be working with any UWB-supported Galaxy smartphone.
Samsung also brings the SmartThings Find app and the same will easily help you to track your SmartTag 2 devices. The newly registered SmartTags are now integrated into the app.
Samsung Galaxy SmartTag 2 comes with 700 days of battery life with power saving mode and the device will offer up to 500 days of tracking in normal mode. The latest Samsung SmartTag 2 also features a metal loop and the same will enable you to attach t accessories including clips and keyrings. The device is also coming with IP67 rating. It also comes with features including Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and UWB capabilities. Augmented Reality (AR) Find technology, and privacy and security are ensured through user consent and encryption.
