Earlier this year, the South Korean electronics giant Samsung unveiled its new tablet called Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e, and the device is coming with some really good specifications and design. Well, now the company has launched the device in the market of India.
Specification of Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e
The device sports a 10.5 inch QHD Super AMOLED display with 2560 X 1600 pixels resolution, the device has very small bezels and that’s why it looks large screen size. It is powered by 2.0 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 processor and the company launched only 4 GB RAM variant with 64 GB internal storage in India and that can be expandable upto 512 GB microSD card.
Moving to the photography department, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e has a single 13 megapixel rear camera with contrast-detection autofocus, f/2.0 aperture, 1/3.4-inch sensor size, 1µm pixel size, and 4K videos at 30 frames per second. The front-facing camera is an 8 megapixel with fixed focus and f/2.0 aperture. It has four speakers; two at the top, and two at the bottom and that offer stereo audio and speakers are tuned by AKG. The tablet also supports Samsung DeX and face unlock as well as the fingerprint scanner and that embedded in the power button. Furthermore, the device supports Bixby 2.0, KNOX, and Quick Command.
Regarding the connectivity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e supports 4G, GPS, Type-C, POGO, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth v5.0, and USB 3.1 Type-C port. The company has said that the LTE variant of the device will be available in the coming months. The device runs on the latest version of Android i.e. Android 9.0 with OneUI customization atop, and it ships on 7,040 mAh battery.
Pricing and availability
The Wi-Fi only variant will be priced at ₹35,999 while the Wi-Fi + LTE will have the price tag of ₹₹39,999, and the device will available via Samsung online store from June 24. The Wi-Fi variant will also be available on Amazon and the LTE variant on Flipkart.
