The South Korean electronics giant Samsung will launch its latest Tablet series called the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series tomorrow. We already have a decent amount of information about the upcoming tablets series in the form of leaks and rumours and now hours before the official announcement, the colour options and the storage options of the devices for the Indian market surfaced online. So let’s get into the article to check out the newly surfaced information about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series.
According to the latest information, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 and Tab S8+ will be official in the country in Silver, Pink Gold, and Graphite colour options. While the Tab S8 Ultra will be launched in only the Graphite color option.
It is also reported that the company will launch the vanilla variant and the Plus variant with 8GB + 128GB storage options in the country while the Tab S8 Ultra will have a 12GB + 256GB variant. The series will be available in both Wi-Fi and 5G models.
The press release of the upcoming devices was surfaced online just a couple of hours ago and that revealed all three models of the upcoming tablet series will be powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. It is said to offer up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage and the same will also feature a microSD card slot for expanding storage up to 1TB.
Coming to the camera department, the tablet series will offer a dual rear camera setup that houses a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 6-megapixel ultra-wide camera along with a flash. It will also feature a 12-megapixel front-facing camera while the Ultra model will feature two front-facing cameras.
The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 will offer an 11-inch LTPS TFT display with 2500 x 1600 pixels resolution while the Tab S8 Plus model will feature a 12.4-inch AMOLED display with a 2800 x 1752 pixels resolution, and the Galaxy S8 Ultra will feature a 14.6-inch display with 2960 x 1848 pixels resolution. Having said that, all the upcoming devices will support a 120Hz refresh rate.
The vanilla variant features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor while the other two variants feature an under-display fingerprint sensor. The Plus and Ultra models will also offer a new S Pen stylus with a latency of just 2.8ms.
It is also said that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 will have an 8,000mAh battery while the Tab S8 Plus will house a 10,090mAh battery and S8 Ultra will come with an 11,200mAh battery and all of them have support for 45W fast charging technology.
