According to the latest information, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will be available with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, and 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.

But based on the previous reports, we know that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will be coming with a 14.6 inch WQXGA+ display. It will be housing a massive 11,200mAh battery along with 45W fast charging technology.
It will be coming with the power of the latest and greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC along with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will have an IP68 rating.
