It is reported that the upcoming watch series of Samsung will be coming with the power of the Samsung Exynos W1000 processor and the save is built on Samsung’s 3nm GAA process. It will be capable to offer a 3.7x faster multi-core performance and 3.4x faster single-core performance. It is said that the company says the processor will be capable to launch apps 2.7x faster and it can able to switch between applications very smoothly.
The upcoming Samsung processor is reported to be more power efficient as compared to the previous generation. The latest Exynos W1000 equips a total of 5 CPU cores – 1 x Cortex-A78 clocked at 1.6GHz and 4 x Cortex-A55 clocked at 1.5GHz. It also comes with Mali-G68 MP2 GPU for the graphical task. It can support up to qHD (960×540) and 640×640 resolution displays. It can offer up to 32GB of eMMC storage and LPDDR5 memory. The processor features the Fan-Out Panel Level Packaging (FO-PLP) and the same will be offering better heat dissipation and a smaller size. It will enable the company to offer large battery in the upcoming watch series and the same will come with the lower power consumption.
