The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 is making headlines from some time now, and now the wearable visits FCC, which suggests that the company will unveil the device very soon.
It is listed with the model number SM-R830 and seems to a 40mm watch body. It is believed that there will be another stainless-steel version of the watch. Rumours also suggest there will also be a larger 44mm variant and perhaps another with LTE support.
The specifications of the device surfaced online recently and suggest it will come in two sizes 40 mm and 44 mm the 40 mm. The 40 mm variant will have a 1.2 inch display and the 44 mm will feature a 1.4 inch display, both the variants will have Super AMOLED panel along with the Gorilla Glass DX+ protection. Having said that, both the variants will also offer 360 x 360 pixels resolution.
It is also said that the device will come with touch-sensitive bezel and it will allow the user to swipe to navigate the user interface and that’s really impressive setup. The source also says that the device will be powered by Exynos 9110 processor and it will be paired by 768 MB of RAM on the Bluetooth only option of the device, and the LTE option enabled device will have 1.5 GB of RAM and both the variants will get 4 GB of internal storage.
The 40 mm variant will have 247 mAh battery while the 44 mm variant will ship on 340 mAh battery, it is also said that the device will come with Bluetooth 5.0 which means users will get a improve range and that will ensure the connectivity. The device is also believed to have MIL-STD 810G durability standards.
It will available in black, silver, and Pink Gold, while the stainless steel color versions will be black, silver, and gold. All of the colors will be available for both sizes. The LTE variant will only be offered in stainless steel.
