The South Korean electronics giant Samsung has introduced a couple of new applications on the Samsung Galaxy Watches and the list of the new applications include the Samsung Wallet, a Thermo Check app, and WhatsApp which announced the rollout for Wear OS 3.
Speaking about the Samsung Wallet app, it enables you to make payments using the Galaxy Watch and the same will be working with the power of the Samsung Pay with Samsung Pass. It will also enable you to keep your important documents as well.
While the Thermo Check app will use the device’s Skin Temperature API via Samsung’s Privileged Health software development kit (SDK). Finally, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 5 series users can now reply to messages, send new messages, accept or reject calls, and also send voice messages on WhatsApp.
It is worth mentioning that the Thermo Check app will first be available on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 series and then the company will be offering the same to the Watch 5 series. The other two applications can be downloaded via Google Play Store from today onwards on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 5 series.
