After unveiling the Galaxy A7 (2018) in last week, today the South Korean electronics giant Samsung launched the device in the Indian market. Having said that, the device is the first smartphone of the company which comes with triple rear camera setup.
Specification of Galaxy A7 (2018)
The device sports 6 inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display and has 2220 X 1080 pixels resolution, it is powered by 2.2 GHz Octa Core Exynos 7885 processor and paired with 4 and 6 GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the 4 GB RAM with 64 GB internal storage and 6 GB of RAM with 128 GB of internal storage, and the storage can be expandable upto 512 GB via MicroSD card.
Moving to the photography department, as I mentioned above that the Galaxy A7 (2018) has a triple camera setup at back and that in the combination of 24 megapixel (f/1.7) + 8 megapixel (f/2.4, 120-degree ultra-wide angle lens) + 5 megapixel (f/2.2, depth sensor) with Portrait Mode, Live Focus, Scene Optimizer and LED flash, along with 24 megapixel front shooter with f/2.0 aperture, Portrait Mode, Selfie Focus, Pro Lighting Mode, AR Emoji and adjustable LED flash. The device is coming with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner which is located on the right side along with the volume rockers. Furthermore, it also supports the Dolby Atmos, Bixby, Samsung Health, and Samsung Pay.
For connectivity, the Galaxy A7 (2018) supports 4G LTE, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, 3.5 mm headphone jack, and micro USB. The device runs on Android Oreo 8.0, and it is backed on 3,300 mAh battery to keep the lights on.
Pricing and availability of Galaxy A7 (2018)
The 4 GB RAM variant is priced at ₹23,990 and the 6 GB RAM variant of the device has the price tag of ₹28,990, and the device will be available via Flipkart and Samsung India website from September 26. Having said that, the device will also available in retail stores from september 29.
