Samsung has been reportedly working on a foldable device in which the two displays are separated by a foldable hinge which you have seen through ZTE Axon M.
A recent leak by a Twitter user in China has released the look of the Samsung’s project V which is said to be the manufacturer’s first ever foldable smartphone concept. It looks like Samsung might shut down the idea of launching the foldable smartphone, but rumors still suggest that Samsung may release the smartphone with a flexible display instead of foldable twin display in near future. But how come this be practical now?
The project has been started in Late 2015 and expected to be launched during 2016. The Project V or Project Valley is looking like a simple smartphone connected next to each other via a foldable hinge. Like we have seen these design in recent Zte Axon M.
In this case, I hope Samsung will not launch the dual display smartphone with foldable design. It might be arriving in future with a flexible AMOLED Display with first in class flexible smooth display technology. Rumors apart, Samsung has always been innovative in terms of Display ( They used to focus only on displays apart from Processors and Camera). Let us wait until Samsung opens the mouth to let us know about the “Project V” via official announcements.
