The South Korean electronics giant Samsung not only makes Smartphones and electronics products but the company also makes displays, batteries, and, mobile processors. It is working that the Samsung Foundry was the first company globally to introduce and commercially offer a 3nm chip fabrication technology. Now we got a new piece of information that says the company could introduce next-generation mobile chips using their 1.4nm and 2nm technology.
It is confirmed that Samsung is targeting to take chip fabrication technology even further with 1.4nm and 2nm processes and it is also confirmed that the company is currently working on a second-generation 3nm chip fabrication process. This technology is expected to be used in the production of chips like the Exynos 2500 and potentially the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.
