The South Korean electronics giant Samsung introduced the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra earlier this year with a new privacy display. When it is enabled, the display can’t be visible to others who look at your screen from the sides. This is actually a very important privacy feature, especially when you travel in public transportation like the Metro.
Everyone got an interest on the new privacy display of Samsung. And today we got a new piece of information that says the company is now planning to supply the privacy display to other brands and this might be starting from the end of 2028.
It is worth mentioning that other brands, including Xiaomi and Honor have already started testing hardware level privacy display capability for its upcoming devices.
Anyways, it is a good thing, as people can able to hide their sensitive information while travelling with the help of the new kind of privacy display on the latest smartphones.
