It is actually a contactless service and the company will help users to get repair their smartphones without going outside the home. Samsung will help users to get their devices repaired with the new pickup and drop service and the company will also offer the Drop only service which means if you have provided your smartphone in the authorised Service Centre then you want to get the device delivered to your doorstep then the company will do so as well.

It is worth mentioning that the service is not free of cost as if you choose for pickup and drop services then the company will charge ₹199 and if you want the Drop service only then you need to pay ₹99.
