Few days back Samsung announced that they are going to disable charging in remaining Galaxy Note 7 units, that’s only 3% . Now Samsung has officially announced that they are going to sell refurbished units of Galaxy Note 7. So let’s have a detail talk on this.
Samsung has said that they are going to sell the Galaxy Note 7 units in terms of refurbished form or rental. The materials used are environment friendly & will not cause any harm like blast, just like before. These units are going to be available outside USA & India also. So all our US & Indian viewers, you have to wait for Galaxy Note 8 or go for Galaxy Note 5 if you really want that S-Pen. Here’s what the Samsung said:
“The objective of introducing refurbished devices is solely to reduce and minimize any environmental impact. The product details including the name, technical specification and price range will be announced when the device is available. Samsung will not be offering refurbished Galaxy Note 7 devices for rent or sale in the US.”
So that’s all the information we have as of now. Maybe Samsung will announce the pricing & exact availability of refurbished Galaxy Note 7 units at the launch event of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+. Stay tuned with us for more information.
